1. The product
The Menu Press sells digital files — high-resolution JPEG images and accompanying PDF documentation, derived from menus in the public domain at The New York Public Library. We do not ship physical prints. Each purchase delivers a downloadable ZIP archive.
2. Permitted use
You may print the purchased files for personal use, gift them as physical prints, or display them in your commercial premises (restaurant, bar, hotel, office). The underlying artworks are public-domain in the United States and most other jurisdictions.
3. Prohibited use
- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the digital files.
- You may not claim authorship of the original menu artworks.
- You may not represent that you obtained the files from sources other than The Menu Press when reselling printed copies, if you do so.
4. Delivery and download limits
After successful payment, a unique download link is provided. The link permits up to five downloads within thirty days. If you cannot retrieve your files within this period, email hello@themenupress.com and we will extend or re-issue the link.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.

The files are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will meet any specific commercial purpose. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from use of the files is limited to the amount you paid for them.
