Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the download link has been delivered. This is standard industry practice for non-recoverable digital goods.

When we do refund

We will gladly refund (or replace) in the following cases:

• The download link does not work and we cannot make it work for you.
• The file you receive is corrupted or technically unusable.
• You receive the wrong menu due to an error on our side.
• Duplicate accidental purchase (same item, same buyer, within 24 hours).

How to request

Email hello@themenupress.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within two business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
