The complete 4-page Hotel Metropole 1898 Christmas Dinner menu. This was no simple card — the original is a folded 4-page chromolithograph, with a winter coaching scene cover, two inner pages containing the full nine-course dinner menu (Oyster cocktail, Consommé, Roast turkey with cranberry sauce, sides, mince pie, plum pudding with brandy sauce, and more), and a printed back cover.

This print is offered as the complete 4-page archive — you receive all four pages, in three sizes (8×10, 11×14, 16×20 inches) and two versions (pure and museum-labeled). Frame them side-by-side for the full holiday display, or just the cover for a single decorative piece.

This menu is preserved in the Buttolph Collection of Menus at The New York Public Library and is in the public domain in the United States. The Menu Press has digitally restored and reformatted all four pages for modern printing.
